Strength: Snatch work
3 x 3 High hang snatch
3 x 3 Mid shin snatch (just below knee cap)
3 x 3 Full squat snatch

*moving up in weight each set without disrupting mechanics

AMRAP 5 Minutes of:
-200 Meter row
-15 Snatches @75/55

Rest 3 minutes then:

AMRAP 5 Minutes of:
-12 Air squats
-9 Push-ups
-6 Pull-ups
