Minutes 3-6: 30 Thrusters @95/65
Minutes 6-9: 15 Ring Muscle Ups/Bar Muscle-ups or Chest to bar pull-ups
Minutes 9-12: 30 Front squats 95/65
Minutes 12-15: AirDyne, Assault Bike or Rower – Calories 40

*Start next time block if you finish previous work ahead of time
