1000 Pound Club (tested last on 7/14/2014)

1. Warm up then find 1RM Back Squat
2. Warm up then find 1RM Bench Press
3. Warm up then find 1RM Deadlift

Add up all 3 -1RM totals
Women: 500 or 750 earns patch

Men’s: 1000 or 1250 earns patch

Take the entire class to establish
