-2 Heavy DL @90% 1RM
-2 Heavy Strict press @90% 1RM
*3 min rest between sets


For time:
10 down to 1 of:
-KB Rack squat to 10 Meter walk KB weight @35, 40, or 53’s

*Each time the KB’s are dropped = 10 Burpee pull-ups

Cool Down: easy 1 mile run (RX+ w/20lb vest)
