-2 Thrusters every :15 seconds for 16 rounds @115/75

WOD

4 Rounds for time of:
-7 Back squats @80% 1RM
-250 Meter row
-40 Meter sandbag carry @120/60

Cool down: 25 Meter sled push (low hold) + sprint 25 meter x 10
