-Even: 3 Deadlifts + 3 Cleans @155/100
-Odd: 5 Pull-ups (RX+ 2 Rope ascents @15’)

 REST 5 Minutes then:

Power: EMOM 10 minutes of:
-Even: 5 standing broad jumps
-Odd: 5 reverse Slamball to wall @30/20

Afterburner: 10 X 3 seated box jumps @24/20
