Agility work:
2 rounds of: Shuttle run with 5 stopping points of activity (run up perform activity and run back touch start line and run to next point of activity…shuttle run with work)
1. 3 Slam ball shots
2. 3 Atomic Sit-ups
3. 3 KB swings (have a 10, 20, 35, 53 and 70 there and they can pick one)
4. 3 Med-ball cleans
5. 3 HR push-ups

AMRAP 7 Minutes of:

1 Power clean @95/65
1 Slamball sit-up @30/20
2 Power clean
2 Slamball sit-ups
3 Power clean
3 Slamball sit-ups
…keep going

-Continue to add 1 rep until clock expires
