Strength: Overhead Squatd
Athlete’s with good form: 5 x 3 with increasing load. ON THE 3rd rep on each set…when you’re in the hole lower the bar to behind the head press back out and stand up.

WOD for time:

-Overhead squats @95/65
-Deadlift @185/135
*After each round: 5 Burpee pull-ups (total 15)
Rest 5 minutes

For time:

5-4-3-2-1 of:
-Man makers @25/15
-Front Squat @185/115

Afterburner: 3×10 Partner Slamball sit-ups with 2 Slamball (one tosses high and one low)
