Strength: Overhead squats

5 x 3 slow the reps down focus on core stability.

EMOTM for 10 Min.

-Evens: 5 Ground to Overhead @95/65 (RX+135/95)

-Odds: 10 Wall balls @20/14

*Rest 3 Min then:

AMRAP 10 Minutes of:

– 5 Thrusters @95/65

– 100 Meter run (carry something on every run. Wallball, Slamball, ruck, dumbbell…)

Afterburner: 1,000 meter row cool down.
