Skill/strength: 4 x 10 dips (rings, bars, boxes, parallette)

EMOM 10 Minutes of:
-2 Squat cleans @155/105 AND 3 Slamball @30/20

Rest 3 minutes then:

For time:
-400 Meter run
-20 Overhead walking lunges @45/25
-400 Meter run
-10 Overhead walking lunges @45/25

Afterburner: 4 x 10 weighted sit-ups
