Strength: Tempo Back squat 5 x 3 @25X2
For this WOD there are several options. All of the options are for a 30 Minute time duration:
1. Run (15 minutes out – 15 minutes back)
2. Row
3. Stationary bike
4. AirDyne
*At any time athlete would like to swap with another machine/run they can finish it out as time remains. Athletes may choose to switch every 10 minutes for a total of 30.
