Skill work: 5 X: 30 Handstand holds

5 Rounds of:
-100 Meter Row sprint
-5 Slamball @30/20 (RX+50/30)
-10 Wall ball shots @20/14

 -Each round go as hard as you can. Complete 5 rounds and rest as needed between rounds.

 Afterburner: 5 x 30 second side plank holds
