SKILL: Handstand holds / walks 5 x 30 seconds

 16 Rounds of: 30:30

-30 Seconds Jump rope (30 DU min. RX+)
-30 Seconds KB swings (10 min. RX+)
-30 Seconds burpees (10 min. RX+)
-30 Seconds pull-ups (10 min. RX+)

 
30 sec work then 30 sec rest. Move from one to the next…does not matter where you start.
