Skill work: 4 X: 45 second handstand holds (RX+ do HSPU every 5 seconds during hold)

2 Rounds for time of:

-40 Double unders
-30 Toes to rings
-20 Deadlifts @155/115
-10 KB Taters @53/35

RX+ WOD after resting to full recovery:

Teams of 2 will complete 3 rounds each of:
-5 Muscle-ups
-10 Barbell burpee squat cleans @115/95

*One athlete completes a full round while the other rests, then switch.
