8 Minutes of
-1 Snatch @75/55
-1 Rope ascent @15’
-1 Man maker
-2 Snatch @75/55
-2 Rope ascent @15’
-2 Man makers
-3 Snatch @75/55
-3 Rope ascent @15’
-3 Man makers

Keep adding 1 rep until the 10 minutes are up. Athletes will switch work/rest as needed.

*REST 5 Minutes then:

Team WOD 2 (same teams of 2)

Complete as much as possible in 12 minutes: (athletes work/rest as needed)
-100 Push-ups
-100 Calorie Row
-50 Toes to bar
-50 Partner wall-ball toss @20/14 (athletes stand facing each other 10’ apart. Do a full squat then toss wallball to partner)
-25 Alternating Dumbbell snatches @50/35
-25 Burpee pull-ups

If athletes finish all work above, they will complete as many calories on the rower.
