MLCF Combine
EVENT 1: BENCH PRESS for Max reps.
Men 15 to 18 will bench press 85% of their weight
Men 19 to 39 will bench press 100% of their weight
Men 40 to 49 will bench press 90% of their weight
Men 50 to 59 will bench press 80% of their weight
Men 60 and over will bench press 70% of their weight
Women 15 to 18 will bench press 55% of their weight
Women 19 to 39 will bench press 70% of their weight
Women 40 to 49 will bench press 60% of their weight
Women 50 to 59 will bench press 50% of their weight
Women 60 and over will bench press 40% of their weight
EVENT 2: BROAD JUMP
The athlete starts out with a balanced stance and then explodes out as far as possible. Athlete must land WITHOUT moving.
EVENT 3: SPARTAN SHUTTLE RUN (40 Meters)
Timed event.
3-2-1-GOโฆAthlete will sprint out and retrieve the following loads at the following distances:
-10 Meter @80/60
-20 Meter @60/40
-30 Meter @40/20
-40 Meter @20/10
EVENT 4: SPEAR / FOOTBALL THROW
Each athlete will have 5 throws. Each time the target is hit is a point. Target should be 12โ diameter, stand 15โ away from target.
EVENT 5: HERCULES HOIST
-Male = 100lbs
-Female = 50lbs
Athletes will complete as many reps as possible in 60 seconds.
1 rep = weight on floor, hoist to knot.
EVENT 6: BURPEE TO ROPE ASCENT
5 Rounds for time of:
-1 Burpee
-1 Rope Ascent @15โ
Athlete will start from a standing position then on โGOโ complete 1 burpee to 15โrope ascent. After 5 rounds the athlete must descend in control and touch the floor (foot) to stop the timer.
Rules:
1. All athletes get up to 2 attempts for EVENTS 1,3,4,5,6 and 3 attempts at EVENT 2.
2. Athletes must perform all attempts before moving onto the next test.
