I have a multidisciplinary degree in Athletic Training and Anatomy & Physiology. I have worked with collegiate level athletic teams (football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer). I found CrossFit in the fall of 2014 and lost over 50 lbs in a period of 4 months. Working with others has become such a great passion of mine and I want to use my knowledge of exercise and my enthusiasm to encourage others not only to excel physically, but to have a strong mind, body and spirit. I love mountain biking, hiking, 4-wheeling, 80’s music and CrossFit.
