Teams will first complete a 1,600-meter row (split work as needed)

REST 5 minutes:

Then with a running clock, Teams of two complete as much work as possible at each station

(1 athlete works at a time:):
-6 minutes of Sandbag get-ups @60/40
-5 minutes of AbMat Sit-ups (RX+ TTR)
-4 minutes of Squat Cleans, 155/105, for max reps

-3 minutes of Push-ups

-2 minutes of pull-ups

*20-minute total clock running time.
