-400 Meter run
-50 Pull-ups
-100 Meter log carry
-1000 Meter row
-50 Toes to rings
-100 Meter log carry
-400 Meter run
-50 Push-ups
-100 Meter log carry
-1000 Meter row
-50 Walking lunges
-100 Meter log carry

30 Minute time cap

*2 Athlete Team WOD. All movements will be divided in half (except the 400’s) while one athlete works the other rests.
