*Each round add weight for max load on 6th round.

Then 5 Rounds for time:
-50 Cal AirDyne
-24 Kettlebell swings @53/35
-4 Sandbag Complex* @60/40

*1 Sandbag Complex is:
-1 Deadlift
-1 Push-up
-1 Clean
-1 Front squat
-1 Thruster
-1 Back squat
-1 Press

-split work as needed
