TEAM WOD
For time:
-400 Meter run
-40 Ground to overhead @75/55 (each athlete completes 20)
-800 Meter run
-40 Power cleans @95/65
-1 Mile run
-40 Squat cleans @135/95
Teams must run together and split work. Add weight each round.
RX+ wear 20 pound vest for all the runs.
