-1 Mile run with weight vest or ruck.  (3’ tethered rope per team)

Then

42-30-18 of:

-Front squat (no rack) @95/65

– Pull-ups

Then

42-30-18 of:

-Kettlebell swings @53/35

-Slamball @30/20

Then

-1 Mile run with weight vest or ruck.  (3’ tethered rope per team)
