*Athlete 1 completes 50, then athlete 2 completes 50 and so on…

Strength:

5 Minutes per team to move max load 50 meters on sled.
 
Rest 5 minutes

WOD 3

4 Rounds of:
-400 Meter sandbag carry @60/40
-20 KB swings @53/35
-20 Wallball shots @20/14
