“Mike Maltz Challenge”
For time:
-400 Meter run
-50 Pull-ups
-100 Meter 50 pound dumbbell farmers walk
-50 dips
-100 Push-ups
-50 knees to elbow
-100 sit-ups
-400 meter run
*2 Athlete Team WOD. All movements will be divided in half (except the 400’s) while one athlete works the other rests. For example: for the 50 pull-ups one athlete will start pull-ups while the other rests then they switch as necessary.
