Team WOD

4 Rounds for time of:
-24 HR Push-ups
-24 Box jumps @24/20
-24 Deadlifts @115/85
-24 Pull-ups

*After each round athletes will find 1RM clean & jerk. After the 4th round and clean & jerk is established time will stop. Athletes have 3 attempts per round for a c&j.

1. Total weight for 8 c&j. 4 per athlete.
2. Final finishing WOD time.
