22 Minute AMRAP Partner WOD

-2 x 100′ Partner wheelbarrow walks (RX+ will use Ab wheel)

-10 Partner sit-up to stand-ups

-20 Back squats @95/65

-10 Alternating burpee box jumps @20

-2 x 100′ Sandbag carries (must bear hug load) @70/50
