Teams will first complete a 1,600 meter row

REST 10 minutes:

Then With a running clock, Teams of two complete as much work as possible at each station

(1 athlete works at a time:):
-6 minutes of Sandbag carries @80/60 for max distance (wear ruck)
-5 minutes of AbMat Sit-ups (RX+ TTR)
-4 minutes of Squat Cleans, 155/105, for max reps
