(sit in squat press PVC OH then stand up, then go back down into squat and set PVC back on shoulders)

WOD Buy-in:
1-10 Buddy push-ups
(I do 1 my buddy does 1, I do 2 and my buddy does 2…and so on up to 10)

Teams of 2 for time:
-8x Rope Pull @85/65. Then 40 Slamball @20/15

AFTERBURNER:
Towel Dumbbell Curls Wrap a towel around the handle of each dumbbell and clench both ends in your hand. Now, perform curls just like you would hammer curls.
