Ninja Training for Athletes

Skill: EMOM 10 Minutes of:
-Even: 5 Handstand push-ups
-Odd: 5 Box jumps @30/24 (RX+ add a 45 pound plate to box height)

For time: (Athletes will select 1 option below and complete. 12 minute time cap on ALL options)

Option 1: 100 Burpee pull-ups
Option 2: 50 Burpee Pull-ups
Option 3: 30 Burpees + 30 pull-ups

Afterburner:
Band Push-downs. Use a band that gets hard once you hit digits. If you don’t have a band, then use a Cable Push-down machine or any other high-rep alternative. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Svq2d-6eDbk
