-30 Sandbag get-ups @50/30
-50 Alternating pistols
-30 snatch @95/65
-10 rope climbs

RX+ Rest 5 minutes then:
-30 Overhead walking lunges with sandbag (each time bag touches shoulders or ground = 5 chest to bar pull-ups)

Afterburner: 5 x 3 Inchworms
