“Death by Burpee”
With a continual running clock every minute athlete will have to perform:
-Run 10 meters
-2 Thrusters @95/65 (RX+ 115/75)
Each minute athlete will increase the number of burpees by 1 rep. The thrusters will remain at 2 reps every round.
Afterburner: 3 x 25 sit-ups
