WORK UP TO HEAVY 5th SET of 3 REPS
*Between back squat work sets complete the following at your own pace. Break up rounds as needed:
-4 Rounds of weighted bear crawls the length of the box.
-4 Rounds of 7 to 10 strict toes to bar.
Afterburner: Crossover symmetry work for 10 minutes.
