STRENGTH

12 Minutes to work up to heavy front squat

WOD

Team’s of 2
“TailPipe”

3 Rounds for time of:

-250 Meter row

-KB Rack hold @2×53 or 2x35KB

 

*Partner 1 rows while partner 2 holds 2 KB in the front rack position. NOT on top of shoulders. If the KB’s are dropped the rowing stops until KB’s are racked.

RX+ the KB will be in rack position and athlete will be in full squat.

 

Cool Down: 1 mile run
