AMRAP 4 Minutes of:
-3 Thrusters @100/75
-3 Burpees
-6 Thrusters @100/75
-6 Burpees
-9 Thrusters @100/75
-9 Burpees
-12 Thrusters @100/75
-12 Burpees
-15 Thrusters @100/75
-15 Burpees

*Keep adding 3 reps to each movement if time remains.

REST 5 MINUTES and get set up for Part 2:

-3 Toes to bar
-6 Power cleans @135/95
