Strength/Power: EMOM 10 Minutes of:
-3 Deadlifts @185/135 + 3 Box jumps @20+ (adjust height as needed each minute)

AMRAP 3 Minutes of:
-3 Slamball burpees @30/20
-5 Pull-ups (RX+ C2B)

Rest 2 Minutes then

3 Minutes of max distance bear crawls

Afterburner: Mobility 10 Minutes lower extremities
