Strength: Deadlifts
-1 deadlift every: 15 seconds for 5 minutes
(Add weight as needed per round – skip a round if needed to add load)

AMRAP 3 Minutes of:
-25 Double unders
-10 Kettlebell swings @53/35 (American)

Rest 3 minutes then:

AMRAP 3 minutes of:
-5 Box jumps @24/20
-1 Rope climb @15’

Afterburner: 1000 meter row cool down
