-4 X 10 Weighted AbMat sit-ups

 

5 Rounds for time of:

-50 Double unders (100 singles)

-5 Squat cleans @135/95 (RX+ 155/115)

 

MURPH Prep WOD:

10 Rounds of:

-5 Pull-ups

-10 Push-ups

-15 Air squats

*Use a weight vest if you have one.
