-4 X 8 @70% 1RM

5 Rounds of max effort:
-60 Seconds of 1 Burpee 1 shuttle run (use width of box)
-1 Minute rest between sets
*Post best rep count (1 burpee and 1 shuttle run = 2. Example: In 60 seconds if athlete finishes 5 burpees and 5 shuttle runs then 1 additional burpee = 11)
