Skill: 10 Minute clock to try and complete as much of the double under ladder as possible:
-5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50-45-40-35-30-25-20-15-10-5

(Note: double unders or single unders must be unbroken each round before going to the next. For example, if I am on set 40 and made 38 double unders before missing I have to repeat round 40 again until I get it unbroken.)

5 Rounds for time of:
-10 Push press @95/65
-10 Weighted step-ups @20” – 35/26 (use a single kettlebell)
-Rest: 30 seconds

*Every 2 minutes during the WOD athletes will complete 5 burpees
