Strength: From the rack increasing load. 12 Minute running clock to complete.
Press: 3 sets of 3 reps
Push Press: 3 sets of 3 reps
Push Jerks: 3 sets of 3 reps

3 Rounds for time of:
-10 Deadlifts @185/135
-10 Burpee Box jump overs @24/20
*post time finished then immediately into
-Max unbroken pull-ups
