7:30 a.m. ONLY – Endurance WOD (This is individual option only and must be started at 7:30 a.m. This WOD is never posted to the public)

Teams of 2 WOD based on CFHQ WOD from 2/19/2016

For time, working on the odd minutes, and resting on the even minutes:
-100 Pull-ups
-125 Push presses @95/65
-150 Back squats @95/65

*Work from 0:00 to 1:00, rest from 1:00-2:00, work from 2:00-3:00, rest from 3:00-4:00, etc.
Only 1 athlete can work at a time

**All 100 pull-ups must be finished before going to the push press and so on.
