-20 Dumbbell snatches @50/35
-20 Traveling push-ups with dumbbell
-400 Meter run
-2 Rope ascents @15’
-20 Wallball shots @20/14 (outside wall)
-40 Meter ZomBear crawl w/dumbbell @50/35
