3 Rounds for time of:
-400 Meter run with 1 Med Ball (pass back and forth)
-30 Partner Med ball sit ups w/feet 4’ apart from partner’s feet @20/14
-20 Hang power cleans @115/85 – 95/65 – 85/55 (each athlete completes 20)
-10 Wall climbs (5 each athlete)
