-1 Thruster @175/125 (pause 3 seconds in the OH position)
-3 Bar muscle-ups (pause 5 seconds in the finish position on the last BMU)
-5 Toes to rings (pause 7 seconds in hanging L-sit on last T2R)
-50 Meter sprint walk back to start next round.
