Tabata 8X20:10
-Medball cleans
-Double unders
-Push-ups (RX+ feet on top of Medball)
-Lateral skiers over Medball

EMOM for 15 minutes:

“Till Death Do Us Part”

-0 – 4 = 3 HPS + 1 OHS
-5 – 9 = 2 HPS + 2 OHS
-10 – 14 = 1 HPS + 3 OHS

-3 Min Rest

10 Down to 1
– OHS 75/55
– Burpee Broad Jumps
