We cover: flexibility and mobility. Basic strength; Parallette work; Handstands, L-sits, stretching, handstand push-ups, range-of-motion/extended-range-of-motion training) will also be covered along with ring variations. We will also go over rope-climb technique. We cover Kipping swings, chest-to-bar pull-ups, butterfly kipping, pull-overs, bar muscle-ups. We also cover handstand variations. We also offer scales for each element. Class skills offerings (specific skills reviewed) and workouts will vary with each clinic. There will be an opportunity to practice skills and to participate in a gymnastics-focused workout.
