Warm up 10 minutes then:

10 minute running clock to work up to a heavy double.

AMRAP 15 Minutes of:
-5 Squat cleans @185/135
-10 Pull-ups
-400 Meter run

Afterburner: 3 Rounds all out of:
-2 Power cleans @185/135
-5 Bar muscle-ups
