POWER: 5 x 5 Box jumps

Work each rep as a single. RX+ wear a weight vest. Each round of 5 reps go higher and more explosive.

WOD
3 Rounds for time of:
-15 Deadlifts @115/85
-10 Clusters @115/85
-100 Double unders

Afterburner:
3 x 10 Burpee pull-ups
RX+ Burpee bar muscle-ups
