Clean & Jerks
-2 reps every: 15 seconds for 16 rounds @135/95 (Prison Rules = get it overhead however you have to)

WOD

5 Rounds of:
-500 Meter row or 400 Meter run
(all out)
*rest 2 minutes between rounds

 Accessory work:
Muscle-ups
Pull-ups
