Then:

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes perform:

-3 Snatch @ 70% 1RM (SPEED Focus)

Then:

21-15-9 reps of:
-Deadlifts @225/185
-Pull-ups

 Then:

300 Seconds Ring Support (Front Leaning Rest) FLR
